Shipping Time
The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product and checkout pages. It is based on the acceptance of your order and the order date. International shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

Track Your Order
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted worldwide for full-price, non-customized items within 30 days. Gift cards and personalized jewelry, including engraved items, are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Exchanges are not available. Free returns are only provided for products with manufacturing flaws. T&Cs apply.

Cancellations & Amendments 
We offer order cancellation and amendments in size, engraving and/or material within 12 hours of your order being placed. To do this please contact us at info@nonexamples.io as soon as possible. Please note that amendments may result in extra costs.

Customs and Import Duties
Please be aware that customs and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. The customer is responsible for these fees.
