So you’re planning to gift a NonExamples ring to someone? Lucky them!
If you’re unsure about their ring size the best way to find out is by measuring the diameter of an existing ring they own. Check out our guide to find out how to do this.
Tip: Make sure they wear their existing ring on the same finger you are buying the NonExamples ring for.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from NonExamples.

All NonExamples jewellery is created on-demand. This is because the majority of our rings are fully customised, hence created upon request. By doing so we also reduce waste and our impact on the environment.
Your delivery time will be estimated before checkout so you can know when to expect your order to be with you.
Delivery time = manufacturing time (2 to 3 weeks) + shipping time (depends on location).
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
This will happen after the manufacturing process has been completed, which is 3 to 4 weeks after you have placed your order.
Decisions, decisions! We offer order cancellation and amendments in size, engraving and/ or material within 12 hours of your order being placed. To do this please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that amendments may result in extra costs.
We are currently unable to offer gift wrapping at the moment.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not cover this cost.
We do not offer exchanges.
We strive to deliver the best possible products and we can assure you that our quality controls are extremely thorough. However, in the rare event that an item is faulty, you have two options.
Please follow the standard returns procedure detailed on our Shipping & Returns page and mark “Faulty” on the Returns Form. We will initiate the refund process as soon as we receive your returned item. Terms & Conditions apply. Alternatively, if you would like to skip the return process and just re-order the same item again free of charge, please get in touch through our Contact Us page and we will evaluate your case. The evaluation is at our full discretion and all Terms & Conditions still apply.
